Loft insulation increased 10/10
Very efficient company from staff in the office on our initial and subsequent contact, to Matt who surveyed our property and Ben and Barney who carried out the work. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful throughout, the work was estimated quickly and carried out within a short time of us accepting the estimate. On our experience we have no hesitation in recommending Veridian.

I called Viridian and enquired about adding insulation to my house which only had 100mm. The phone in the office were polite and friendly and arranged for one of their surveyors to visit (same day no less) and check what would be required. We had Mark visit who was very knowledgable friendly and professional. We needed a 200m top up and arranged for this to be done. Luckily there was a slot the next week (today) and after some simple paperwork and deposit we were booked in, today at 8 Ben and another team member arrived and did the install, they were super careful tidy and professional. 5*job

Loft and eaves insulation plus some boarding 10/10
Jamie and Sonny arrived on time on a very hot day and were quick to get on with the job. They put down dust covers on the carpets and were careful not to mark any walls or the ceiling- I had painted the room recently and did not relish the thought of having to get pots and brushes out again too soon. They were quiet and very respectful of my home, got on with the job and finished much sooner than I thought they would.They offered to vacuum the carpets but as that job was already on my to do list I was happy to do it after they left. Altogether an excellent job, I highly recommend Viridian.

Discussed raising part boaded loft floor and adding extra insulation. Workers were very pleasant and laid protection on carpets for removal of old and addition of new. Work carried out efficiently.

I had cavity wall insulation done. The workmen were courteous and cleaned up after them. The job took 2 days. It is too early to tell any difference in warmth retention, as it is the Summer. I hope to notice the difference in the winter with warmth and lower bills.

Installing loft insulation and cavity wall insulation 10/10
Viridian responded to my initial call and came to survey the work very professionally and provided a quotation quickly. The surveyor explained how the work would be done and answered all my questions so that I could understand what would be done. We agreed a date for the work to be done and it was completed in a timely manner and the guys tidied up after the work was complete. In summary, I was impressed with the professionalism of the company and how the work was executed.

The three man team of Jamie, James and Sonny arrived promptly and worked well together to complete the job efficiently. They were very polite and helpful. Insulated loft and boarded a strip down the centre after removing all the old insulation and hoovering it out. The cavity insulation in our extension was completed efficiently and they hosed down the brick dust from the holes. The initial survey by Mark was very helpful and reassuring.

Removal and fitting of Loft Insulation 10/10
We have received a very professional service for the removal of old loft insulation and fitting of new insulation with raised boarding. Wire mesh was also fitted to all cavity openings into the loft to stop vermin. From start to finish this was very well handled and all the staff I have had contact with have been very polite and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From initial contact through to job completion the staff were attentive, aware of my concerns about the work needed and kept disruption to a minimum during the work itself. The 3 man team worked solidly with hardly any noise at all and showed me photos as work progressed. The company’s attitude far exceeded that of all those ‘cold callers’ that came before them and were professional at all times. Insulation of loft floor was also provided.

Excellent company to deal with. Provided advice and quote with no pressure to proceed. The team provided an eta to site, arrived and cracked on. Both gents were polite, helpful and tidy. Washed down our driveway when they finished and removed all debris. Found their quote very competitive, and from our experience, I would highly recommend.

I’d score them 1 million, but I don’t think it allowed lol AMAZING! all of it! Since September 2023 I have tried to get my walls insulated. 4 companies told me to wait. This guys I have emailed on Fri 02.02.24; engineer came to see my house on 05.02; had it all done on Friday 09.02 (today). You can’t get it quicker if you tried. Everyone was punctual, professional, clean and very tidy. Work been curried out by 2 young very polite gentleman. 1 small part of wall I have asked them to do from inside of my kitchen. They left it all very clean. My house is clean and warm! I am very pleased.

Cavity Wall Insulation Replacement 9.8/10
The team that did the work were very polite, did a good day’s work and left the place clean and tidy every afternoon before they left. They were painstaking in removing the old insulation before pumping the new material in and did an excellent job of making good the holes they had to drill. The only reason I didn’t score them a 10 for quality was that they accidentally damaged a cable running through the wall. Having said that, they were very apologetic and Viridian paid for the repair in full with no argument. I’d certainly use them again if needed.

I can highly recommend Viridian. The surveyor explained the works necessary in a concise and understandable manner. He was able to illustrate the points he was making by showing me live internal camera footage. The employees who came to clean the cavity and drill the holes were professional and courteous and again explained the work they would be doing that day. They explained that there would be noise and mess but that they would clear up after themselves. I received the same level of service from the employees who filled the cavity. The insulation has made a huge difference to our home.

Jamie and James arrived at the time arranged and after discussing what was needed laid down dustsheets and efficiently carried out the works. They explained to me what they had done when they were finished and made sure I was happy before they left. They were nice guys and did a good job. They cleared up all their rubbish and left the worksite and house clean and tidy.

Great job by Viridian, Oscar and Ted installed Cavity Wall Insulation over two days, first day cleaning the cavity and drilling, second day filling and making good, Oscar explained the process and took me through what they were going to do and answered a couple of questions, both Oscar and Ted were very polite and very customer focused, I had this done at my last house and had a bad experience, but felt rest assured by Oscar from the start… value wise in my book pretty good, its worth paying the right price to get the best outcome.. and that the product is fit for purpose…

I had a bad experience with a company that quoted for foam insulation, so I was extremely wary. Hence the reason I then went through Checkatrade. However, the surveyor from VES was kind and professional. No pressurised sales techniques. I received a quote for traditional insulation material which was in the area I had been told such a job should cost. A date was set. Three chaps arrived on time and carried out the work, clearing up as they went. They were friendly, but professional. I would recommend this company.

The guys visiting my property have been really polite and professional and, when the whole nature of my project changed .. when asbestos was discovered and had to be removed .. The guys did a great job clearing the rubbish left by previous owners. They also straightened out the existing insulation which had been left untidy by previous workmen. They then laid new insulation over the integral garage. The company is very professional and the job was completed in a clean and tidy manner. Would definitely recommend.
