Our Prices
We have adopted a data-driven approach to building our package deals, which is why our price list is based on analysis following these specifications:
- A 2-bedroom mid-terrace house is usually under 50m²
- A 3-bedroom mid-terrace house is usually under 60m²
- A 3-bedroom semi-detached house is usually 80m²
- A 3-bed detached house or bungalow is usually 120m²
- A 4-bed detached house or bungalow is usually 140m²

The Plus Package provides cavity wall insulation at a fixed price, a 10-year guarantee for customers’ peace of mind, and an independent check for a guaranteed, high-quality finish. Similarly to the Basic Package, the Plus is completely VAT-free until March 2027. This package is best for landlords, providing the safest choice for rented homes, as well as compliance-led upgrades.
The Complete Promise
The Complete Package is our all-rounder and most future-proof option – offering a wall tie clean before installing the cavity wall insulation product. Additionally, customers will benefit from a 25-year guarantee and an independent survey check, ensuring the works have been carried out to an excellent standard. Our customers who select this package will fully benefit from Viridian’s CWISC and IAA accreditations. This package is best for long-term homeowners who seek peace of mind, or older properties in need of a complete cavity wall transformation.
